Both teachers have trained extensively with Master Xushixi, Master Huang Kanghiu, Laoshi Zhangmen and Master Chen at Song Shan and Beijing Sport University. In January 2007 Long Feng Martial Arts affiliated to Wha Duc Lung School of Gung Fu to ensure personal and professional development under Master Bob Weatherall.

Trained in White Crane, Mok Gar, Northern Shaolin, Yin Bagua, Wushu, Daoyin QiGong, QinNa, Sun Style TaiJi, Yang Style TaiJi, Self Defence, Chinese Boxing, Sanshou, Taekwondo and Karate. Dan is also the PE teacher at Emscote Infant School a role he has undertaken now for 2 years, the school has recently been awarded a mark of excellence for their PE sessions. Levels 1, 2 & 3 Counselling, Stress Management and Assertiveness Training (Coventry University), Performance Coaching (Newcastle College).
Both instructors are dedicated to Continuing Professional Development and are undertaking the level 1 course with the Open University - Understanding Children, commencing June 2007.
Long Feng adhere to the policies laid out by the BCCMA (British Council for Chinese Martial Arts).
The Child Protection Officer for Long Feng MCA and Wha Duc Lung is Alexandra Hyde.
